We also employ the services of four of the County's most experienced Auctioneers - Neil J Doherty and McCauley Properties for our Cherry Avenue development in Carndonagh , Sherry Fitzgerald Rainey for our Rann Mor development in Letterkenny, Property Partners Paul Reynolds for our Droim Ard Avenue development, Letterkenny and McCauley Properties again for our Cara Bay development in Culdaff.
Once you become the owner of a GDC home our commitment does not stop there. For your peace of mind, all our properties are covered by the Homebond 10 year guarantee plus we provide an after sales service second to none.
Basically any snag we are responsible for which is brought to our attention within one year of completion of the sale will be attended to without delay and in a courteous and efficient manner – to the complete satisfaction of the homeowner.
